Refund policy

30-day returns: you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return a product, no questions asked (this period includes the 14-day legal withdrawal period that applies in the EU). Contact us at contact@maisonradiance.fr or +33 7 75 72 03 21 with your order number.

Conditions: the product must be complete and in its original packaging. We will email you the return address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.

Refunds: within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product, to the payment method used for the order.

Defective or non-conforming products: you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects under French law. Send us a photo of the problem: we will offer a replacement or a refund, free of charge.
