Shipping policy

Shipping destinations: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the United States. Shipping is free to all of these countries.

Dispatch: our products ship directly from our partner suppliers' warehouses. Your order is prepared within 1–3 business days after payment.

Delivery time: allow 7–12 business days in total for France. Delivery to other countries may take a little longer. These times are estimates and may vary by carrier.

Customs duties: for Switzerland and the United States, import duties or taxes may be requested on delivery by the carrier or customs.

Tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
